When you
placed your order on the internet one of the things that you agreed to
was that all customer service would be handled by e-mail, orders that
were placed by phone were subject to a surcharge. This section lists
the information most often requested .
Tracking Orders: When an order ships you will get two e-mails, one from us and one from FedEx. The e-mails are sent when the label is printed, package tracking does not really provide any useful information until the day of delivery and may show totally incorrect information in the hour after the label is printed . On the day of delivery you can track your package through the links in the e-mails or through your online account in our system. You should also get an e-mail from FedEx after the package has been delivered or if there is a problem with delivery due to an address problem. Modifying Orders:
If you need to change your order (delivery date, address, product...) this is done by e-mail. Your change request should come from the same e-mail address that you used to create the order and must include your order number in the subject line of the e-mail. Orders can not be changed once the online status is set to "In Process". E-Mail Contact - Click Here Canceling Orders You may cancel the order anytime before the online status is changed to "In Progress", once an order is marked as "In Process" the credit card is processed, (usually the night before the order is made to allow us to make sure there will be no delays in the shipment due to credit card problems). Orders must be canceled by e-mail. Your request must come from the same e-mail address you used to place the order and must include your order number in the subject line of the e-mail. Orders can not be canceled after the the order has been marked "In Process" , dipped or shipped.
